late policy

If for any reason you will arrive more than 5 minutes past your appointment time, please let us know as soon as possible by texting or calling. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you may be asked to wait so that we may honor our next client's appointment. If you are scheduled for multiple services, we may not have time to complete all services.

CAncellation policy

24 hour cancellation policy. Your appointment time is set exclusively for you. Last minute cancellations and "no shows" will be charged at 50% of the whole service or services scheduled. No Show/Late Cancellation Fee and will be required to pay that balance on their next visit.
