late policy

If for any reason you will arrive more than 5 minutes past your appointment time, please let us know as soon as possible by texting or calling. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you may be asked to wait so that we may honor our next client's appointment. If you are scheduled for multiple services, we may not have time to complete all services and you will be charged for all services booked.

CAncellation policy

Please provide at least 24-48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients during this busy period.

24 hours for shorter services & 48 hours for longer services. You will be notified of which as the booking system only allows for 24 hour notice.

  1. Respect Fellow Clients: As the demand for appointments increases, your timely cancellations open up opportunities for others to book coveted time slots.

  2. Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy: In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24-48 hours' notice) 50% of the service will be charged. In the event of a no-show, a 100% of the service will be charged. We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently.
